Haus Hub
Building a web/mobile platform designed to transform the manual student onboarding journey of Experience Haus into a unified, user-friendly hub
Context
Experience Haus is a London based design hub that offers workshops and courses. Currently, students are onboarded through a largely manual process involving emails, forms, and spreadsheets. This process created friction, information gaps, and a reduced sense of community during crucial early weeks
Problem Statement
Students reported difficulties finding course materials, connecting with peers, tracking requirements, and accessing after-course opportunities — resulting in reduced engagement and duplicated workloads for staff
Solution
Build a cross-device, responsive product that merges onboarding, learning content, and alumni community tools into one platform — replacing emails, forms, Slack, and Google Drive with an integrated workflow
Target Audience
New Students, Returning Students & Alumni
Course instructors providing relevant content
Administrators managing onboarding
Primary User Goals
Quickly access course materials & onboarding tasks
Connect with peers, projects & alumni
Receive relevant updates without platform switching
Project Constraints

Wireframes
From Wireframes → High Fidelity
Early wireframes validated structure and task flows. Based on feedback, the platform was refined to prioritise clarity, responsive layouts, and community visibility
Client feedback:
"Remove unnecessary subpages and features to streamline the platform. Branding is evolving, so colours may change"
Client feedback:
No further feedback — the sign-up flow now feels smooth, modern, and visually engaging
Client feedback:
"Colours look great, but the branding is still undergoing changes with the colour scheme, we’d prefer to launch with a simple colour palette for now and explore customisation options in future updates"
